From a single Dubai clinic to a global ARCUS network

ARCUS grew from a single product idea into a full AI front-desk stack — built clinic by clinic, refined patient by patient.

  1. 2023

    ARCUS prototype

    Built the first voice + WhatsApp agent for a small cosmetic clinic in Dubai. Replaced 60% of front-desk workload in 30 days.

  2. 2024

    Expansion to Turkey

    Rolled out Turkish-language support and onboarded a network of veneer clinics catering to international patients.

  3. 2025

    Australia & multilingual stack

    Added English/Mandarin/Hindi for Sydney and Melbourne. Released the first ARCUS unified inbox for dental teams.

  4. 2026

    ARCUS v3.2

    Voice + WhatsApp + Webchat unified, real-time PMS sync, weekly performance reports, and our new white-glove onboarding playbook.
