Acceptance of Terms
By accessing vaarcus.com or using any VA ARCUS service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
Services
VA ARCUS provides digital services including web design, development, app development, cloud management, software development, creative services, and AI automation for healthcare. Service scope, deliverables, and timelines are defined in individual project agreements.
Payment Terms
All payments are processed via Payoneer invoice. For project-based services, a deposit is required before work begins. For milestone-based projects, payments are tied to agreed milestones. Monthly subscriptions are billed in advance. No work begins until the invoice is settled.
Revisions and Scope
Each service tier includes a defined number of revision rounds as stated in the service description. Requests beyond the included scope are billed at our standard hourly rate, agreed in advance.
Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, you own all deliverables produced for your project. VA ARCUS retains the right to display completed work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Limitation of Liability
VA ARCUS is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our services. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question.
Termination
Either party may terminate a monthly subscription with 30 days written notice. For project-based work, termination terms are defined per project agreement. Deposits are non-refundable after work has commenced.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by applicable international commercial law. Disputes will be resolved through good-faith negotiation before any formal proceedings.
